Meet Jessica Childress

A former social worker turned family law attorney, Jessica’s empathetic personality empowers her to steward her clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives and toward their best possible outcome. Whether handling a high-conflict child custody case or an amicable division of assets, Jessica doesn’t just want to get the case done, she strives to make a genuine difference in each client’s life.

A zealous advocate in both negotiations and in the courtroom, Jessica also works to mitigate the harmful effects litigation can often have on families.

Although born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, and still preferring a bagel over a biscuit and unsweet tea over sweet tea, Jessica has laid down her roots in North Carolina. Jessica is happily married and is the proud “parent” of Riley (golden retriever) and Rowdy (cat).
